Too many clients, not enough employees, or too many employees, not enough jobs.
The hardest part of running a home service company.
People don't realize we're running a "marketplace" where we need to find sellers and buyers.
The problem is that most companies are good at one but not at both.
I realized this 15 yrs into the business. Somewhat late.
How I fixed these problems:
- I must always be hiring the ideal employee profile. (IEP)
- I must always be reaching out to leads to convert into clients.
It sounds simple, but is not.
